Dog-Friendly Major League Baseball Games for the 2026 Season
The 2026 Baseball season is officially underway! Did you know over a dozen MLB teams are inviting fans to bring their dogs to the ballpark for selected games? Find out if your favorite team hosting a “Bark in the Park” event this season by checking out our list below. Don’t miss out, share with your friends, and let’s play ball!
American League
- Baltimore Orioles: The Orioles are hosting two “Bark at Oriole Park” events this season. The first is coming up soon – Saturday, April 11, 2026 vs San Francisco at 7:15pm. The second date is Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 6:35pm vs Tampa Bay. Click here for tickets and more information.
- Chicago White Sox: The White Sox are doubling their annual dose of dogs in 2026! Rate Field will host two “Dog Days”: on Monday, April 27 at 6:40pm vs the Los Angeles Angels, and Tuesday, September 8 at 6:40pm vs the Pittsburgh Pirates. Click here for more info, or email dogday@chisox.com. But act fast – while the Pregame Dog Parade on the field is already sold out on April 27, there is still space for you and your dog at the game!
- Cleveland Guardians: Get ready to paw-ty with your pup at Progressive Field for FOUR Bark in the Park events in 2026! The dates are: Monday, April 27 vs the Tampa Bay Rays; Tuesday, May 26 vs the Washington Nationals; Monday, June 29 vs the Texas Rangers; and Monday, September 14 vs the Chicago White Sox. Ticket packages include game tickets, a Pup Pack presented by Milk-Bone and Pup-Peroni, Cleveland Guardians-branded dog merch, a donation to the Cleveland APL, and more – grab them today here!
- Detroit Tigers: Tigers fans – don’t miss your chance to bring your dog to Comerica Park and enjoy FIVE Detroit Tigers games with your furry friend! The 2026 Bark in the Park dates are: Tuesday, April 21 vs the Milwaukee Brewers; Tuesday, May 5 vs. the Boston Red Sox; Tuesday, August 25 vs. the Tampa Bay Rays; Tuesday, September 8 vs the Minnesota Twins; and Monday, September 21 vs the Washington Nationals. - Houston Astros: The ‘Stros will host their annual Dog Days at Daikin Park on Saturday August 22 and Sunday, August 23 vs the Athletics. Check out their website for more info. And get there early – the first 500 dogs to enter the ballpark will receive a special Astros Dog Toy!
- Kansas City Royals: Royals fans will have a trio of chances to enjoy a game at Kauffman Stadium with their pup this season! “Bark at the Park” events are scheduled for: Wednesday, April 1 vs the Minnesota Twins; Wednesday, May 6 vs the Cleveland Guardians; and Wednesday, September 23 vs the Chicago White Sox. - Minnesota Twins: Twins fans have two chances to take their dogs to a game in 2026. Target Field will host “Bark at the Park” Day events on Tuesday, May 12 vs the Miami Marlins and Tuesday, September 1 vs the Detroit Tigers. - Seattle Mariners: The canine-crazy Seattle Mariners are hosting SIX “Bark at the Park” nights this season! T-Mobile Park will welcome pups on Friday, March 27 (vs. the Cleveland Guardians), Monday, April 20 (vs. the Athletics), Monday, May 18 (vs. the Chicago White Sox), Monday, June 29 (vs. the Los Angeles Angels), Tuesday, August 4 (vs. the Detroit Tigers), and Thursday, September 3 (vs. the Athletics). - Texas Rangers: The Rangers are giving fans two chances to bring their dogs to Globe Life Field in 2026. Tickets are on sale for the first Bark at the Park event on Thursday, April 23 vs the Pittsburgh Pirates, and will available soon for their second Bark at the Park on Tuesday, August 4 vs the San Francisco Giants. - Arizona Diamondbacks: D-back fans, you’ll have THREE chances to bring your canine companions to Chase Field for “Bark at the Park” events. The first game is TOMORROW, Tuesday, March 31 vs the Detroit Tigers! The other two games are: Wednesday, April 22 vs the Chicago White Sox, and Tuesday, May 5 vs the Pittsburgh Pirates. - Cincinnati Reds: Cincinnatians will get FOUR chances to bring their dog to see their favorite team play at Great American Ball Park. The Reds are hosting “Bark in the Park” events at the following games: Wednesday, May 13 vs. the Washington Nationals; Tuesday, June 23 vs. the Milwaukee Brewers; Tuesday, August 18 vs. the St. Louis Cardinals; and Wednesday, September 16 vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers. They will also be dogs available for adoption through the SPCA Cincinnati Organization in attendance – maybe you can enjoy the game AND meet your new furry BFF!
- Colorado Rockies: Bark at the Park makes its triumphant return to Coors Field for two nights in 2026! Bring your pup to the park to watch the Rockies take on the Texas Rangers on Monday, May 18 and Tuesday, May 19 at 6:40pm. Click here to get your tickets!
- Miami Marlins: Florida is going to the dogs! The Miami Marlins are hosting NINE “Bark at the Park” nights this season – starting TODAY Monday, March 30 vs the Chicago White Sox! The other Bark at the Park events at LoanDepot Park take place on: Monday, April 6 vs the Cincinnati Reds; Monday, April 20 vs the St. Louis Cardinals; Monday, May 4 vs the Philadelphia Phillies; Monday, May 18 vs the Atlanta Braves; Monday, June 22 vs the Texas Rangers; Monday, July 27 vs the Philadelphia Phillies; Monday, August 24 vs the Boston Red Sox; and Monday, September 7 vs the New York Mets. - Milwaukee Brewers: Good news, Brewers fans – Bark at the Park is back! This year’s event at American Family Field takes place on Tuesday, May 12 when the Brewers play the San Diego Padres. In addition to the ballgame, Bark at the Park tickets include a Brewers dog toy and a donation to the Wisconsin Humane Society. Get your tickets here!
- New York Mets: Good news, Mets fans! Citi Field is hosting four “Bark At The Park” events in 2026. A portion of the dog ticket and of the human ticket will benefit North Shore Animal League America. The games are scheduled for: Tuesday, April 7 vs. the Arizona Diamondbacks; Wednesday, April 22 vs. the Minnesota Twins; Tuesday, April 28 vs the Washington Nationals; and Tuesday, May 12 vs. the Detroit Tigers. - Pittsburgh Pirates: The Pittsburgh Pirates must be HUGE dogs fans, as they’re once again opening PNC Park to pups for THIRTEEN Tuesday home games in 2026. The “Pup Nights at PNC Park” dates are: April 7 vs. the San Diego Padres; April 14 vs. the Washington Nationals; April 28 vs. the St. Louis Cardinals; May 12 vs. the Colorado Rockies; May 26 vs. the Chicago Cubs; June 9 vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers; June 23 vs. the Seattle Mariners; July 7 vs the Atlanta Braves; July 28 vs the Arizona Diamondbacks; August 18 vs the Detroit Tigers; September 1 vs. the San Francisco Giants; September 15 vs. the Milwaukee Brewers; and September 22 vs. the St. Louis Cardinals. With so many options, you’d be silly NOT buy a ticket (or three)!
- San Diego Padres: The Padres play in Petco Park, so you bet they have some dog-friendly games on their schedule! The dates for the 2026 “Bark at the Park” events are: Tuesday, March 31 (vs. the San Francisco Giants); Monday, May 25 (vs. the Philadelphia Phillies); Wednesday, June 24 (vs. the Atlanta Braves); Monday, July 6 (vs. the Arizona Diamondbacks); Wednesday, August 26 (vs. the Pittsburgh Pirates); and Wednesday, September 9 (vs. the Washington Nationals). Most of the events are already sold out, but stay tuned to the Padres’ website for additional info.
- San Francisco Giants: The Dog Days of Summer return to Oracle Park for two paw-some days in 2026! The Giants are inviting fans and their dogs to two games: the first, on Saturday, July 11 (vs. the Colorado Rockies); and the second, on Saturday, September 12 (vs. the San Diego Padres). Partial proceeds from each ticket will benefit the San Francisco SPCA. Buy your tickets today on the Giants’ website.
- St. Louis Cardinals: The Cardinals are hosting the 21st Annual “Purina Pooches in the Ballpark” at Busch Stadium on Saturday, April 25 at 1:15PM vs. the Seattle Mariners. Fans who purchase a special Pooches ticket can enjoy the game with their pooch in style, featuring all-inclusive seats with food and drinks included! Click here to get your tickets.
- Washington Nationals: Back by “pup-ular” demand, the Nationals are excited to welcome dogs into Nationals Park for SIX games this season! “Pups in the Park” will be held during the following games: Tuesday, April 7 vs the St. Louis Cardinals; Tuesday, May 5 vs the Minnesota Twins; Wednesday, May 20 vs the New York Mets; Tuesday, June 23 vs Philadelphia Phillies; Tuesday, August 25 vs the Colorado Rockies; and Sunday, September 27 vs the New York Mets. All proceeds from your pup’s ticket will benefit Humane Rescue Alliance in Washington, DC. And a bonus – Cat fans have their own event at Nationals Park!
