The 2022 Baseball season is officially underway! Did you know more and more MLB teams are inviting fans to bring their dogs to the ballpark for selected games? American League

  • Houston Astros: The Astros will host their annual Dog Day presented by Tito’s Handmade Vodka at Minute Maid Park on Sunday, August 28th vs the Baltimore Orioles. Click here for more info.
  • Kansas City Royals: Royals fans will have FOUR chances to enjoy a game at Kauffman Stadium with their pup this season! “Bark at the Park” events are scheduled for Tuesday, April 19th vs the Minnesota Twins, Tuesday, May 17th vs the Chicago White Sox, Tuesday, September 6th vs the Cleveland Guardians, and Tuesday, September 21st vs the Minnesota Twins. You can even get the Bark at the Park 4-Game Pack for a reduced price!
  • Seattle Mariners: The canine-crazy Seattle Mariners are hosting FOUR “Bark at the Park” nights this season. T-Mobile Park will welcome pups on Monday, May 9th vs the Philadelphia Phillies, Monday, June 27th vs the Baltimore Orioles, Thursday, August 23rd vs the Washington Nationals, Wednesday, September 28th vs the Texas Rangers.   • Tampa Bay Rays: Tropicana Field is going to the dogs! The Rays will host a “Dog Day at the Rays” on Sunday, September 19th vs the Detroit Tigers.

National League

  • Arizona Diamondbacks: The D’backs are hosting a “Bark at the Park”, with tickets slated to go on sale mid to late March. Keep an eye on their site for updates!
  • Atlanta Braves: “Bark in the Park” is coming soon to Truist Park! The first of the two offerings will take place on Sunday, April 10th vs the Cincinnati Reds and the second will take place on Sunday, April 24th vs the Miami Marlins. A portion of ticket sales for both events will go to the Animal Rescue Foundation!
  • Cincinnati Reds: Cincinnatians will get FOUR chances to bring their dog to see their favorite team play at Great American Ball Park. The Reds are hosting “Bark in the Park” events at the following games: Monday, May 9th vs the Milwaukee Brewers, Wednesday, June 8th vs the Arizona Diamondbacks, Tuesday, August 16th vs the Philadelphia Phillies, and Monday, September 12th vs the Pittsburgh Pirates. If you make it to one of these games, make sure to get to the park early to enjoy the pet expo in the First Star Fan Zone! There will also be dogs available for adoption through the SPCA Cincinnati Organization in attendance – maybe you can enjoy the game AND meet your new furry BFF.
  • Colorado Rockies: Reserve you and your four-legged fan’s seat in the “dog zone” at Coors Field for a big matchup on Tuesday, September 7th vs. the San Francisco Giants! Attendees will take home a Bark at the Park/Rockies themed water bowl and dog bandana. This event is always popular and tickets are extremely limited, so get yours today!
  • Milwaukee Brewers: It’s a dog day in early summer at American Family Field when the Brewers take on the Philadelphia Phillies on June 7th! All dogs will receive a Brewers rope-style dog toy, and a portion of all Bark at the Park ticket packages will go to the Wisconsin Humane Society and Animal Rescue Foundation.   • New York Mets: Mets fans will have THREE chances to take their dogs to Citi Field this season. The Mets’ first “Bark at the Park” is on Monday, April 18th vs the San Francisco Giants. After that, you’ll have two more chances. Once right after Mother’s Day, on Monday, May 16th vs. the St. Louis Cardinals and then again at the tail end of the season on Monday, September 12th vs the Chicago Cubs. A portion of the dog ticket and of the human ticket will benefit North Shore Animal League America. Click here for tickets and more information.
  • Pittsburgh Pirates: The Pittsburgh Pirates LOVE their four-legged fans, and will host SIX “Pup Nights at PNC Park” this season. The dates are: Tuesday, May 10th vs the Los Angeles Dodgers, Tuesday, May 24th vs the Colorado Rockies, Tuesday, June 7th vs the Detroit Tigers, Tuesday, August 2nd vs the Milwaukee Brewers, Tuesday, September 6th vs the New York Mets, and Tuesday, September 27th vs the Cincinnati Reds. With so many options throughout the season, why WOULDN’T you buy a ticket (or three)!
  • San Diego Padres: The Padres play in Petco Park, so you bet they have a dog-friendly game on their schedule! The Padres are hosting a “Bark at the Park” event on Monday, April 18th vs the Cincinnati Reds. You can purchase tickets now on the Padres’ website.
